The ANSUL® K-GUARD Model 432843 is a 6-liter, stainless steel, wet chemical fire extinguisher designed specifically to suppress Class K fires involving cooking oils and grease. Ideal for use in commercial kitchens and foodservice environments, the K-GUARD uses a low pH potassium acetate solution to saponify flammable oils and rapidly cool hot surfaces to prevent re-ignition.
